LEVELS OF NIPPLE CORRECTION

The nipple collapse that affects women basically occurs at three levels:

Mild collapse: In patients with mild breast collapse, it may be possible to bring out the nipple with a light massage or pressure on the nipple. These patients do not have any breastfeeding problems.
Moderate collapse: Women with nipple collapse usually have moderate collapse. The nipple can come out with slight pressure and massage, however, this is not a permanent result. For this reason, patients usually resort to surgical methods.
Advanced collapse: Advanced nipple collapse is when the nipple cannot be taken out by pressure or massage. Milk ducts lose their function and natural breastfeeding is impossible. These patients should definitely opt for surgical intervention.
